Make 2010 YOUR year!

I saw these three links on the news some time ago. I bookmarked them to use during the year. Bank Rate helped me find a great rate on my CD that was coming up. That in turn led me to a local bank which I met a branch manager who was honest and showed me what to do. (I have no clue with CD’s/IRA’s). There is tons of other information at this site. From refinancing to college and mortgages. All this is free to use!

Simplifi is another great free tool I saw on T.V.. Everyone should have a financial plan and goals. This site will help you plan for both. I personally have not tried it yet, but I will take a weekend and go for it. Looks like a winner to me!

The last one I saw and bookmarked was Mint. This takes your financial goals and puts you on a budget. Yeah…I don’t like the ‘budget’ word either, but hey, this is free to!

I plan on making 2010 MY year and you can to. These three free sites look like a terrific start to rev things up in my personal and business finances. This will help me set my long term business goals and short ones to.

Everyone should check these sites out. All of them are free, and if you are serious about your business or personal income/finances, this will make 2010 YOUR year!

In order to do this, you need to study about yourself and how your mind operates. You are much different than what your 5 senses say you are!  By taking a few minutes a day, investing that with, and in yourself, you will change over the course of time.  Bob Proctor and James A. Ray have been influential with my direction of change.  I have had the privilege to study with Bob and attend Jame’s seminars.  Taking their advise to study, immerse, and surround myself with books, DVD’s, CD’s and like minded people, I have  experienced that things which irritated or made me anxious, don’t happen as often.  This truly works!

With this web log, I intend to share with you what I have learned, what I am learning now, along with my personal thoughts on the subjects and applications.  I will also share my challenges, changes and certainties.

Choices…we all make them.  Choose this day to ‘know thyself‘.  Invest in you! When you do that, others will benefit as well.

A great place to begin learning, is to get the 11 Forgotten Laws. This will start you on the path to personal transformation which will be amazing!

Does that ‘weapon’ surprise you?

Hello Fellow Reader!

Using effective thinking with your own mind will set you on the path to success!

Most of us are ‘as you be so shall you think’ people.  There is not much wrong with that except you will be lead by your circumstances, outside happenings, other peoples opinions, etc.  You will stay right where you are in life, or maybe even take a step backwards.  For some, well, they are content with that.  I was not.  I felt in my gut there was something better, a peaceful place if you will.  A place where I could increase several areas of my life for the better including my income.  I went looking.

At that time in my life, I had serious situations to deal with.  I was working at a national bookstore chain and also met one of my mentors (mentioned in my about me).  He suggested I ‘browse’ the self help section and pick out a few books.  I rolled my eyes on that one!  Paaleeaase! Like everyone else I had a pre-conceived notion as to the self help genre.  James Ray I believe said it well when he called it Personal Transformation.  So true! I read, and read and read.  Still read today.  Those books helped me get through the tough situations I was in.

I am no longer the ‘as you be so shall you think’ person. I am now ‘as I think so shall I be’ person! This is not only due to my part in reading, but studying the Masters on the subject of how we think.  This is continually changing my life.  Bob Proctor is one of the Masters.  His teaching is phenomenal and he actually walks his talks! I have read his books, viewed his seminars and now have subscribed to his 11 Forgotten Laws lessons.

The 11 Forgotten Laws teaches you how to get the success you want with the most powerful weapon that you have…your mind.  That is where it all starts.  Bob Proctor starts you with thought provoking questions that dig deep in to what is holding you back.  This is an ongoing process and done through videos taking only six minutes of your time!

Investing in yourself is never a waste.  Ever.  Learning about yourself and who you truly are at your best is never a waste of time either.  A few minutes a day to achieve your goals and desires?  Yeah…try it.  Best decision you will EVER make.
