A definition of practical development can be as simple as a useful, sound, solid, down to earth progressive growth process. Practical, but always evolving for your betterment.

All of us feel the need for growth. It is said you are either growing or dying. Nothing stays the same. We are hard-wired for growth. Mental, physical and spiritually. Most of us have set goals in a few areas at one time or another. Some have been obtained while others have not, and you may or may not know why. Practical knowledge becomes key to finding out.

For practical knowledge you need a practical system that teaches you, from a qualified person, about your inner self and how to develop your growth potential. There are many books which teaches you all you need, but there comes a time where a seminar or video will have to come into the game. We are visual beings. We actually process things in pictures. Think of your refrigerator. What color is it? Does it open left to right or the other way?  You just saw a picture of your refrigerator, didn’t you. We think in pictures. Videos and the like can assist you with gaining the practical knowledge you need for practical development.

Have you ever seriously thought of where you want your business to be 1-3-5 years from now?

Do you have effective marketing tools to get you there?

If you have a business plan in written form you are to be congratulated! Most online entrepreneurs do not have one for lack of knowledge about it.

One way to create income online, is to ask these three questions honestly:
? What am I doing?
? What’s working?
? What’s not?

Sit back in a quiet place and examine your business. Think…really think about these questions. Examine your answers closely and simply do not spend time on what’s not working. Once in a while the what’s not working is only a temporary state and may be reinserted later in your business plan.

Establishing short term business goals can help you to adjust to the three questions. Try to make some 90 day measurable goals. Keep track of your progress. Should you come up short, no big deal. Move forward until they are achieved. Stay the course. You may want to set a few short term business goals. After all, you are in business to generate online income!

Long term business goals is where the 1-3-5 year plan comes in to play. Again, sit back in quiet contemplation and visualize where you want your business to be. Make it measurable but yet stretch yourself. To plan a business takes time, perseverance, consistent action and personal transformation.

Effective marketing tools will also help you with your strategy goals.

In order to do this, you need to study about yourself and how your mind operates. You are much different than what your 5 senses say you are!  By taking a few minutes a day, investing that with, and in yourself, you will change over the course of time.  Bob Proctor and James A. Ray have been influential with my direction of change.  I have had the privilege to study with Bob and attend Jame’s seminars.  Taking their advise to study, immerse, and surround myself with books, DVD’s, CD’s and like minded people, I have  experienced that things which irritated or made me anxious, don’t happen as often.  This truly works!

With this web log, I intend to share with you what I have learned, what I am learning now, along with my personal thoughts on the subjects and applications.  I will also share my challenges, changes and certainties.

Choices…we all make them.  Choose this day to ‘know thyself‘.  Invest in you! When you do that, others will benefit as well.
